Whilst chatting in the pub with local soul survivor and veteran DJ, Billy Quigley, he told us the story about the Chairmen of the Board, live at the Central Pier around 1970.

It was involving the mysterious disappearance of a local promoter and the groups gig fee, which is quite possibly libelous.
