Item: Seaside Soul Website Launch

Tuesday 2nd March 2005 saw the launch of the new website for The Seaside Soul Club, Hello World, how ya doin.

We're hoping that the new website for the club will help us keep in touch with all our soul friends all over England and hopefully make some new ones both here and abroad.

The club has been now established for 18 months. As the crew will endorse, it's been a ride to get here, but one well worth taking. We've certainly had some great nights at the Uppy, and some great support locally and within the soul community at large.

A big thank you must go out to our two Crew members, The Dr, for producing and supervising the Clubs first web site, and Sean O'Connor for his contribution to the Club's web promotion on the Gazetta de la Shrimp, Morecambe Football Clubs (up the Shrimps!!) Fanzine website.

I mustn't also forget to finally thank a good friend of the Club, Mick Dennison for his cameo contribution to our past web presence. Cheers Mick.

Well, we all hope you enjoy the new site, have a browse about, but make sure you keep coming back otherwise you might just miss something!
