Item: Full House at the Uppy for Anniversary

Wow... In the words of 70's hipsters Heatwave "Oh what a night!". It surely was a belter.

Over 170 packed into the Uppy last night to celebrate in style the 2nd Anniversary of the Club.

Larry & Tony kicked the evening off as the crowd swelled, followed by a guest appearance on the decks by one of the Clubs staunch supporters "Eddy Edmondson". Charlie & Shaun T then hit the decks with a great mix of choons from all corners of the scene, illustrating just what the club is all about. With Tim picking up the mantle from 11pm till 12, it was then left to Duffs to lead us home in his own unique style.

Soon as the fuzziness in our heads soothes, I'm sure we'll have a full review of the evening on the site from Sean O'Connor.

Until then the Gallery has been updated with the photo's from the evening and we now look forward to the 19th November, a special night as the Club remembers Gordon Kay, a soul lover and friend of many at the Club. The night will feature guest DJ's playing some of Gordon's favourite soul tracks.

Many thanks to all of you who came to support and celebrate with the Club last night, especially those that traveled from outside the area. We hope you all had a good night too and we hope to see you all again on the 19th November.
